It is located on the same property as the owner’s house but completely separate and at a good distance (about 50 meters). The lovely covered terrace is a delightful spot to enjoy meals, and the spacious pool area is perfect for relaxing. The interior is tastefully furnished and of very high quality.

The house is ideally situated for exploring the area. You can take nice trips to the towns of Chianciano Terme and Chiusi (an Etruscan town). The beautiful art cities of Florence, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, and Siena are also well worth visiting. Shops and restaurants are available in Cetona. This village lies between Lake Trasimeno and Lake Bolsena, making a day of swimming or water sports possible.
