Rustiv Holiday Home with Stunning Views
This fully detached holiday home with a private heated pool is located in a beautiful spot on Monte Amiata (550 m above sea level), about 3 km from the town of Piancastagnaio.
The house is divided into two apartments: both the ground floor and the first floor feature a living room with a seating area and a kitchenette. This makes the property ideal for two families who want to vacation together while still valuing their privacy.
However, the apartments are never rented separately, so you always have exclusive use of the entire house. The first floor is accessible via an external staircase. Originally, the house consisted of three apartments; this can be seen in an extra kitchenette located in one of the spacious bedrooms.
The house is thoughtfully furnished, and each bedroom has a television. From the house, you can enjoy beautiful views of the rolling landscape.
Piancastagnaio is located 4 km south of Abbadia San Salvatore, about 83 km south of Siena. In this area, you will find numerous charming villages such as Radicofani, Celle sul Rigo, and San Casciano dei Bagni, with their narrow streets, beautiful churches, and cozy shops.
Note: On one side of the garden, traffic from the road leading to the village can occasionally be heard.

The heated private pool measures 5.5 x 12 m and has a depth of 1.50 m. Sun loungers are placed around the pool for optimal relaxation.
The pool is open from early May to the end of October.
Guests can make use of a vegetable garden, a stone barbecue, and a wood-fired oven for enjoyable outdoor cooking.
There is also a gazebo and play equipment for children.
A pond for sport fishing is located 100 meters from the house.
The Wi-Fi connection is available only inside the house.
It is also possible to purchase organic olive oil at this property.
Note: On one side of the garden, the sound of the road leading to the village can sometimes be heard.
On certain days, a slight sulfur smell may be noticeable, coming from the geothermal energy plant located 2 km away.
