The house is located on a hill and there is a wonderful panoramic view over the Tuscan hills as far as Monte Amiata and Monte Cetona. The owners also have a house on the same site. You share the pool with them. On your terrace and in the house you have total privacy. The spacious house is well looked after and comfortably furnished. This is a very interesting area that offers the possibility of taking many trips. Nearby are the Etruscan ruins at Chiusi, with its many villages typical of the region with narrow streets, beautiful squares and nice shops to visit (Montepulciano, Pienza, Sarteano, Cetona, etc.), Lake Trasimeno is about 15 km away and in Chianciano Terme there is a modern spa. It is easy to reach the beautiful cities of Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo and Sienna on the motorway.
