The area is renowned for its many natural hot springs and offers a wide range of excursions.

As the villa is located in the southern part of Tuscany, it also allows guests to visit nearby Umbria.
Both regions offer plenty of interesting sights, and within a 50 km radius you can reach Lake Trasimeno, Gubbio, Perugia and Montepulciano.
