The former 17th-century farmhouse, carefully restored, houses two lovely apartments (230 m² and 170 m²) that are connected to each other both on the ground floor and the upper floor.
They are fully and comfortably furnished and each feature a large living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
The larger apartment even has a second living room on the upper floor.

In front of the house lies a large lawn offering a wide view over the rolling hills of the Lamone Valley and the surrounding vineyards.
The nearby Vena dei Gessi Romagnoli Natural Park, which can be reached on foot, invites you to take beautiful walks in nature.

In the picturesque village of Brisighella, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and small shops selling local delicacies.
In the lively town of Faenza (15 km), famous for its ceramics and museum, all amenities are available.
The historic art cities of Ravenna and Bologna are easily reachable from your holiday home, as is the more distant Florence, which is also connected to Brisighella by train.
For a day at the seaside, the Adriatic coast can be reached in about 40 minutes.
