This charming stone villa is set in a fantastic location in the Umbrian hills and offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Valle Umbra. On one side, you can see Assisi and Monte Subasio, and on the other, the village of Torgiano and the hills surrounding Perugia.
The villa accommodates 6 people and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It stands on a spacious, fenced plot surrounded by olive trees, with a well-maintained garden and shaded corners. The private swimming pool is secluded, sunny, and offers stunning panoramic views.
The interior is welcoming, with a comfortable and well-equipped layout. Torgiano, a picturesque medieval village with shops and restaurants, is just 2 km away.

The depth of the pool ranges from 1.80 meters to 0.30 meters, making it ideal for children to play in.
The pool area is also equipped with a gazebo with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for relaxation. There is also a stereo system with a small fridge, as well as a changing room with a bathroom, outdoor shower, and toilet.
The pool is open from 2/5 to 26/9/2026.
The property also includes a charming pergola created from a former rural outbuilding, furnished with a table and chairs — perfect for enjoying pleasant dinners in the cool evening air.
