This charming, fully detached holiday home combines peace, space, and a stunning location overlooking Lago Trasimeno. The house is tastefully and practically furnished, making it perfect for a relaxing stay in the heart of Italy.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area, dining area, and open kitchen corner. The fireplace adds extra charm, even in the spring and autumn months. A bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet is also located on this floor.

Upstairs there is a second kitchen with a dining area, ideal for those who enjoy cooking or appreciate extra space. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a second bathroom.

Outside, you can fully enjoy the Italian outdoor lifestyle. The private pool and terrace offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Lago Trasimeno and invite long, peaceful summer days. Een mooi huis op een prachtige plek. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad, bijzonder aardig ouder echtpaar

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het huis is prachtig gelegen met een mooi uitzicht. De laatste 400 meter gaan over het steenslag pad, maar dit weegt niet op met de rust en de mooie volledig omheinde tuin, het zwembad waar je kan van genieten. De eigenaar komt om de twee dagen de planten en het zwembad verzorgen . Dit heel discreet en totaal niet storend. De eigenaars zijn twee lieve oudere mensen die je willen helpen als er problemen zijn. Wij hadden liever nog een beetje langer gebleven maar de plicht riep.

Absolut tolle Umgebung, total netter Empfang am Haus vom älteren Besitzer sehr nett begrüst worden, leider nur italienisch daher fand die Einweisung mit Gesten und soweit möglich italienisch statt. Absolut Klasse der Garten und der pool traumhaft, nur die hohen Stromkosten der alten Kühlschränken trübten den Aufenthalt. Aber der Besitzer Gino gab sich wunderbar Mühe und half wo es ging. Tolle location und auch danke an euch von basic-travel. Klasse es war schön...

Ontzettend lieve (oudere) eigenaars, maar ze spreken geen woord Engels. Daardoor was de ontvangst maar zo-zo. Je mag wel gebruik maken van de groenten in de moestuin, en regelmatig verse eitjes van de kippen.
