Charming Stone Villa with Private Pool for 4 People in the Heart of Umbria

This beautiful detached stone villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Umbria. The house accommodates 4 people and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or two couples. Located near the charming village of Gaglietole, about 10 km south of Deruta, the villa combines comfort, authenticity, and a peaceful atmosphere with a central location for exploring the region.

The house is tastefully decorated in rustic style and surrounded by a well-kept garden with a large lawn, a lovely private swimming pool, a spacious sun terrace, and a covered veranda with comfortable garden furniture. The upstairs bedroom even has its own terrace overlooking the countryside, perfect for enjoying the tranquil Umbrian setting.

Thanks to its central location, this villa is an excellent base for discovering the beauty of Umbria. The regional capital Perugia, with its medieval center and the 15th-century Duomo, is about 30 km away, as is the famous town of Assisi, home of Saint Francis. A bit further lies Spoleto, known for its medieval architecture, Roman remains, and the renowned arts festival held in June and July. Picturesque towns such as Todi, Spello, and Montefalco are also worth a visit, and the Lago Trasimeno makes for a lovely day trip, located about 40 km from the villa.

Basic amenities can be found just 400 meters away, while larger shops are located in Collazzone (6 km) and Deruta (10 km).

Zeer mooie huisje met schoon zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien en in mooie omgeving. Wij waren er met 40 graden en ondanks dat bleef de woning redelijk koel. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar (Roberto) die regelmatig even langskwam en ook veel tips gaf. Al met al een goede plek om te genieten van deze omgeving en zeker een aanrader.
