This detached holiday home with a private pool is set in a peaceful, green area just 1 km from Pianello, about 12 km north of Assisi and 15 km from Perugia. The house is neat, comfortably furnished, and suitable for up to 6 guests. It features a fenced garden with a beautiful pool, including a separate section for children. From the property, you can enjoy stunning views over the rolling green hills of Umbria.
Thanks to its central location, it’s an ideal base for exploring the region’s most charming towns and cities, such as Assisi, Perugia, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Spoleto, Gubbio, and Città di Castello. For those wishing to venture further, trains from Ponte San Giovanni (10 km) take you directly to Rome or Florence in about two hours.
In Pianello you’ll find two restaurants and some shops, while larger supermarkets are available in Bastia Umbra. A day trip to Lake Trasimeno, about 40 km away, is also highly recommended.
