The area is ideal for day trips to historic towns such as Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio, and a day trip to Rome or Florence is also feasible – by train, you can reach the city center in around two hours.
The property also features an aviary with birds and a pony in a separate section of the garden. The owner visits daily to care for the animals, providing a charming experience for guests of all ages.
