This charming stone farmhouse is located in the area of Monte Vibiano village, about 20 km from Perugia, in the heart of the green Umbrian hills.

The house is divided into two apartments, one of which is reserved for the owner. The rental apartment has its own private entrance and offers plenty of privacy.

The property is set on a beautiful, quiet hilltop and is completely fenced. At the rear of the house, in a very private and sheltered position, you will find the lovely swimming pool (9.5 x 5 m), shared with the owner. The pool is fully equipped and offers a perfect place to relax with views of the surrounding nature.

Pool towels are included (1 per person per week).

The apartment is comfortably furnished in rustic style and features mosquito screens on all windows and 2 fans for extra comfort during warmer months.

From the terrace and garden you enjoy beautiful views over the green rolling landscape. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and nature, but also for exploring Umbria.

You are in a central position for visiting cultural highlights such as Perugia and Assisi, as well as Todi and Orvieto, all well worth a visit. The surrounding hills are perfect for walking and discovering authentic villages where time seems to stand still.

Lake Trasimeno is about 20 km away and offers charming villages, beaches, and small islands accessible by boat.

For daily shopping, Spina is nearby, while a larger supermarket can be found in Marciano (approx. 13 km). A perfect combination of peace, nature and culture in authentic Umbria.
