This detached villa, suitable for 8 people and offering 4 bedrooms, features a private swimming pool and a tennis court, and is peacefully located in the hills. The village of Casacastalda, with shops and essential amenities, is just 4.5 km away.
The ground floor houses the garage, while the living and sleeping areas are located on the first and second floors.

The interior is simple but well-kept, and the surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained. From the property and the pool area, you can enjoy stunning views over the rolling, wooded hills.

Casacastalda lies about 40 km northeast of Perugia, between Gubbio and Assisi. A visit to these three historic towns – full of culture, narrow streets, charming squares and beautiful churches – is highly recommended. Spoleto, a little further away, is also worth a visit; Assisi and Spoleto are often considered the most beautiful towns in Umbria.

The area is perfect for scenic walks, bike rides and visits to picturesque villages. Close to Assisi you’ll find two special sights: in Santa Maria degli Angeli stands a small Franciscan chapel inside a large basilica, and a few kilometres to the east is the Eremo dei Carceri, the hermitage where Saint Francis retreated with his followers.

The Adriatic coast is about an hour’s drive away.

Geweldig huis, prachtige omgeving, eigenaren zeer aardig

Supper accommodatie, een stuk buiten het dorp en bewoonde wereld. Midden in de natuur met veel rust en zeer veel privacy. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Op het terrasbalkon op 1 hoog met adembenemend uitzicht heerlijk aan tafel beschut tegen de zon. Heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi., de ligstoelen en het overige meubilar bij het zwembad zou wel vervangen mogen worden. Heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Maar was nog te doen. Ook de handdoeken voor gebruik in de badkamer en keuken waren prima in orde. Wij waren met twee personen in dit huis met acht personen zou ik gezien de kleine badkamers en maar twee badkamers dit huis niet aanbevelen 6 personen zou kunnen.. Maar 4 personen is ideaal. De eigenaar had ons een flesje wijn cadeau gedaan en een proef flesje olijf olie. Olijf olie kan je kopen home made. Wat ons opviel was de rust om je heen. Om de twee dagen werd het zwembad schoongemaakt, meestal in de ochtend. De eigenaar respecteerde onze privacy. Kort om zeker een plek om nog eens t

Fantastische accommodatie, een stuk buiten het dorp gelegen midden in de natuur met veel eigen grond, waardoor heel veel privacy. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Op het terrasbalkon op 1 hoog met adembenemend uitzicht heerlijk aan tafel beschut tegen de zon. Wij hadden 6 kinderen mee rond de 20 jaar, die zich geen moment verveeld hebben : met zwembad, tennisbaan, tafeltennis en schommelbank genoeg te doen. WiFi was redelijk. Handig om extra badhandoeken te huren voor aan het zwembad. Wij huurden nooit twee keer dezelfde vila, maar voor dit huis maakten we een uitzondering!

Geweldige accomodatie, topplek op een heuvel met schitterend breed uitzicht aan het zwembad, lekker afgelegen en totaal privé, Toch in de buurt van een dorpje voor dagelijkse ochtendritje voor vers brood en koffietje. Prachtige rit de laatste paar km naar het huis op onvergeharde weg, was prima te doen, wordt goed onderhouden. Als je bij de villa aan komt rijden, is werkelijkheid nog mooier dan de foto's. Prachtige smaakvolle tuin met oa veel rozen, ook gras en genoeg zitjes. We hebben elke dag genoten van de tennisbaan Balkonterras met eettafel op 1 hoog aan de zitkamer is een heerlijke schaduwrijke plek met prachtig uitzicht! Wij hadden onze labrador mee en dat was genieten, de tuin is volledig omheind. Met 5 kinderen was de tafeltennistafel in de garage top! Eigenares was wel 2 dagen tot na de lunch in de tuin bezig, dat hebben we liever niet (zo lang). Op jullie site stond incl badhandoeken voor aan t zwembad, maar in de regelementen ter plaatse bleken deze alleen voor ge

De tennisbaan was een reden om dit huis te boeken, maar die bleek niet erg goed bespeelbaar. Service van Basic travel was erg goed.
