Detached holiday house with swimming pool, beautiful terrace and enclosed garden, beautifully situated near the villages of Corsanico and Bargecchia, just 11 km from the coast at Viareggio and not far from the historic cities of Lucca and Pisa. The house is not large, but furnished with care and an eye for detail. A lot of attention has also been paid to the outdoor area. You have a panoramic view from the terrace overlooking the hills of Camaiore towards the coast. You can also relax on the spacious veranda and you will find plenty of shade here. The nice, upright swimming pool offers cooling on hot days. Directly from the house there are cycling and walking possibilities (two mountain bikes available). Basic shopping can be done in both Corsanico (1 km) and Bargecchia (800 m), in both villages there is also a restaurant. Other facilities can be found 5 km away in Piano di Conca. The location of the house is ideal for a varied holiday full of beach fun and culture. You can stroll along the sea promenade of the famous seaside resort of Viareggio with its wide sandy beaches or visit Lucca where you can take a beautiful walk on the city walls (beautiful views of the city), visit one of the numerous Romanesque churches or just wander around through the cozy streets with numerous shops and restaurants. The Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre is easily reached by train from Viareggio station. NB. There is parking for one car with a maximum width of 2.50 m and a height of 2.20 m.
