Holiday house in Antognano-Minucciano (LU) with pool, in Toscane

Recently renovated house, situated a few hundred metres from the village Antognano. The house is divided into three apartments. You will occupy the apartment on the right, with everything on the ground floor. In front of the house there is a large garden and from the covered terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over the forests and mountains of the Parco Regionale delle Alpi Apuane. About 100 metres from the house there is a vast garden with a swimming pool that you share with the owners and the tenants of another house the owner has. Antognano is about 50 km east of La Spezia (45 minute drive). It is 25 km to Aulla where you can join the motorway (toll payable) and get to the enchanting cities of Lucca, Genoa, Pisa, Florence and La Spezia that are within easy reach. Along the coast at La Spezia there are some beautiful towns such as Lerici and Porto Venere, as well as the attractive area called Cinque Terre. In Pieve di San Lorenzo (3 km from the house) there is a railway station for trains to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and La Spezia; this will save you a lot of time and spare you parking problems. In the area there are picturesque mountain villages, old churches and thermal springs (Equi Terme). There is a restaurant and pizzeria within walking distance.
