This fully detached holiday home features a beautiful private swimming pool, built-in and decorated with mosaic tiles. It is an old, renovated country house, located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside south of Lucca, surrounded by a large fully fenced plot with various types of trees.

The country house consists of the main building and a small lower level (annexe), accessible via a few steps, allowing two families to enjoy their holiday together while still maintaining their privacy.

It is located 1.5 km from the village of San Leonardo and is an ideal base for visiting the main historical and cultural cities of Tuscany. The beautiful cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence are definitely worth a visit. The sea and the famous seaside resort of Viareggio are only 33 km away.
From the house, you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with many characteristic villages such as Vinci and Collodi.
Nature lovers can enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling routes in this region. In Capannori there is a supermarket, while shops can be found in San Leonardo.

Please note: the last 900 metres of the access road run along a partially unpaved forest road.
