The swimming pool and jacuzzi (for 4 people), both available during the same period, are located behind the house. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and from the hall on the floor you have access to a spacious, sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The caretaker lives in the neighboring house and is very discreet. The old center of the picturesque village can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes (500 m). The large supermarkets are around 1.5 km away. For trips you can also use the train, The station and the railway are not far from the holiday home. The train will take you to Florence in just over an hour. A bit closer are also a lot of worth seeing cities. Cortona, founded by the Etruscans, is not only one of the oldest cities in Tuscany, but also one of the most picturesque with numerous narrow streets and medieval buildings. Worth seeing Arezzo with its thriving jewelry industry and the monthly antique market is 19 km away. From your holiday home you can also easily reach Montepulciano, Perugia and Siena. It is also nice to go to Lake Trasimeno (23 km). From Castiglione del Lago or Passignano you can take a boat trip to Isola Maggiore.
