Charming Tuscan Villa with Pool and Panoramic Views near Lucignano

This detached holiday villa is set in a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, just 3 km from the picturesque village of Lucignano in southern Tuscany. The villa has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail, including the outdoor areas. From the spacious covered terrace and the inviting pool area, you can enjoy stunning views over the rolling countryside with vineyards, wheat fields and olive groves.

The owner’s villa is located a little further away but has a completely independent entrance, ensuring full privacy. Lucignano can be reached within minutes for groceries, a drink or a nice dinner. This walled medieval village, with its narrow streets and historic houses, is also home to an interesting museum located in the 13th-century Palazzo Comunale.

The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany. Famous towns such as Siena, Arezzo and Cortona are within easy reach, as well as Perugia and Florence. A visit to the wine town of Montepulciano is highly recommended, with its beautiful historic centre and the renowned Vino Nobile wines. For a relaxing day trip, Lake Trasimeno is just 36 km away, where you can take a boat excursion from Castiglione del Lago or Passignano to Isola Maggiore.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mitten in der Natur, mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Genau so wie beschrieben.
