Holiday house in Monte San Savino (AR) with pool, in Toscane

Halfway between Siena and Arezzo, this characterful holiday home with private pool and beautiful, enclosed garden is located. Located on the edge of the hamlet of Palazzuolo, it is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany. You have a wide view over the valley and the wooded hilly landscape. On hot days, the shady loggia is a nice place to enjoy meals. The spacious swimming pool is on a lower level and is surrounded by sun terraces. The spacious villa has two sitting rooms, a large kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. In an outbuilding, just a few meters from the villa, there is a bedroom and a bathroom (there is no heating). There is a restaurant within walking distance, in Monte San Savino you can get all your groceries and there are several restaurants and cafes. The old town is rich in history and still has many buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Siena and Arezzo can be reached in about half an hour and even a visit to the more distant cities of Perugia and Florence is possible. It is also nice to spend a day in the wine town of Montepulciano, it has a beautiful medieval center with many 'palazzi', churches, antique shops and art galleries and everywhere you can taste the famous wine of the region, the Vino Nobile.
