This fully detached holiday home was once a 14th-century medieval tower and has been completely restored to offer its visitors the charm of times gone by and enchanting hospitality.

The house is located 3 km from the village of Palazzo del Pero, where you can enjoy complete peace and privacy. Its location is ideal for exploring the region with its beautiful art cities such as Arezzo, Perugia, and Florence, which are definitely worth a visit. Nearby are also Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, and Città di Castello.

Guests also have access to a barbecue and a wood-fired oven, located not far from the pergola – a perfect spot for cozy dinners and barbecues.
At the edge of the garden, on a terrace elevated above the house and the valley below, is the beautiful private swimming pool measuring 9x9 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.20 meters.
The pool is equipped with sun loungers and a wooden gazebo and is open from May 1st to September 30th.
Parking is available on the property.
Charging of electric cars is not possible.
