This fully detached chalet with a spacious terrace and large plot is beautifully located, just 2 kilometres from the lively village of Cornimont, where you’ll find all necessary amenities. The chalet offers plenty of privacy thanks to the distance from the owner’s house.
Inside, the ground floor features a cosy living room with open kitchen and direct access to the generous side terrace, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the lower ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet. Both the garden and the terrace offer stunning panoramic views of the green rolling hills.
Cornimont is an ideal base for exploring the Vosges. In summer, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling (especially for experienced cyclists), and there are many enjoyable day trips nearby, such as the Ballon d’Alsace, the St. Nicolas waterfall, or the charming towns of La Bresse (9 km) and Gérardmer (20 km). La Bresse also has an indoor swimming pool, and the lake of Gérardmer offers a variety of water sports. A recreational lake is located 7 km away in Saulxures-sur-Moselotte.
In winter, you can enjoy excellent skiing at Ventron and La Bresse (8 km), or Gérardmer (20 km).

The region is a true paradise for road cyclists. East of Gérardmer, you’ll find famous climbs such as the Col de la Schlucht (17 km, 1100 m), Le Markstein (20 km, 1200 m), the Petit Ballon (12 km, 1150 m) and the Grand Ballon (13 km, 1350 m). With breathtaking views, lush landscapes and well-paved, not-too-steep climbs, these cols are a wonderful challenge for any sporty cyclist.
