Completely detached, quietly located holiday house, just 800 m from the sea and barely 2 km from the wide sandy beaches of Jard-sur-Mer. The famous resort of Les Sables-d'Olonne is 20 km away. The house is on a fenced plot of 600 m2 and has a fresh, modern design. It is located in an area that used to be a forest, and there are other houses around it. In the center of the lively village (2 km) you will find all your groceries and there are a number of restaurants. There are excellent walking and cycling possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Along the coast, between the Pointe de Payré and the Pointe du Grouin de Cou, there are vast forests with numerous routes. It is also interesting to explore the hinterland, a swamp area with numerous canals. In the summer months you can take boat trips and enjoy the unspoilt nature. In addition to the renowned resort of Les Sables-d'Olonne, the old fortress town of La Rochelle with its historic center and characteristic port is also worth a visit. You can easily combine it with a trip on the Ile de Ré. There is a golf course at Port-Bourgenay (16 km).

Helemaal in orde, deze woning en omgeving. We hebben hier een kleine week heerlijk verbleven. Leuk plaatsje, leuke oceean, heerlijk weer. In de routebeschrijving die ons naar het meldpunt voor het ophalen van de sleutels stuurde, was helaas een adreswijziging niet verwerkt (waardoor we aan het verkeerde adres stonden). Zou worden aangepast, maar los daarvan werden we keurig geholpen: belletje met het Basic Travel kantoor, werd binnen tien minuten teruggebeld en kreeg een SMS met het juiste adres. Chapeau!

Mooi, voldoende materiaal aanwezig. Voor deze prijsklasse zou er wel wifi mogen zijn. Het is aan te raden fietsen mee te nemen. Bereikbaarheid winkels en strand is te ver om te voet te doen.

Beste, Het was een heel leuk/proper en heel volledig en nieuw vakantiehuisje. Vooral het aantal pannen, borden, bestekken, glazen was super. Op fietsafstand van het strand. Heel mooie streek en dicht bij alles. Bedankt voor deze leuke vakantie. Met vriendelijke groeten, Peter en Annelies

Juist de slaapkamers vallen een beetje klein uit, voor de rest alles perfect. Zéér afwisselende kustlijn, zandstrand en kliffen. Rustig gelegen.Zéér geslaagde vakantie, de fietspaden kunnen wel beter en zijn niet zoals in Nederland.
