The house features three comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. The private swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing dip on warm summer days.
The spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing, from sunny breakfasts to long evenings under the stars. The house is set in a quiet location on an extensive 3.5-hectare estate, partly planted with olive trees. Here you will experience complete privacy and the charm of outdoor living in the South of France.
At the rear of the property there is an apartment occupied by a discreet young couple. They have a completely separate entrance and no view of the house, terrace or pool, ensuring your privacy at all times. A lockable storage room is available for bicycles.
The surroundings of Mormoiron are a paradise for cycling enthusiasts. Active cyclists can take on the legendary climb of Mont Ventoux, while leisure cyclists can enjoy numerous quiet country roads through varied landscapes.
Charming Provençal villages such as Villes-sur-Auzon, Bédoin and Flassan are nearby. Larger towns such as Carpentras and Avignon are also easily accessible for a day of culture, shopping or visiting a market.
Just outside the village you will find a pleasant recreational lake for swimming and fishing. In Mormoiron you will find basic amenities such as a bakery, grocery shop and pharmacy. In nearby Bédoin, about four kilometres away, there are various restaurants, cosy terraces, a supermarket and a large Provençal weekly market on Monday mornings.
