Holiday house in Orange with pool, in Provence-Côte d'Azur

Attractive holiday home with private swimming pool and large fenced garden, 2 km from Caderousse and 7 km from Orange. The spacious house (250 m2) is a part of a former farm and offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. Because there are three living rooms and two kitchens, the house is very suitable for a few families who still want to go their own way. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house. You can expand this (at an additional cost) with a small apartment for 2 people that is located on the side of the house. It consists of a living room with kitchen corner, a bedroom and a bathroom On both sides of the house is a large terrace. On one side there is the pleasant outdoor kitchen, on the other side of the house is the large swimming pool. There is also a volleyball court and play equipment for the children. All facilities can be found in the lively village of Caderousse. You can go there for groceries and there are several restaurants and terraces. The central location makes it possible to explore the Vaucluse, the Drôme, the Ardèche and the Gard. The famous wine village of Châteuaneuf-du-Pape is only 11 km away and the historic city of Orange is also nearby. A little further away, but definitely worth a trip to the top of Mont-Ventoux. In the Drôme you can enjoy the purple fields around Grignan and Dieulefit during the lavender season. In the Ardèche you should not miss a trip through the imposing Gorges. In the Gard, the Pont-du-Gard, one of the best preserved Roman aqueducts, is certainly worth a visit, as is the animated town of Uzès.
