You have a private swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a fenced garden, directly bordering vast vineyards. Next to the house is a spacious, tree-lined area where children can play safely and freely.

Although the dépendance is attached to the rear of the owner’s residence, guests enjoy full privacy: the pool, terrace, and garden are exclusively for guests. The property has one bedroom with a double bed, and the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed.

Rochegude is a charming wine village with basic amenities, including a restaurant, café, grocery store, and bakery. For larger supermarkets, you can go to Bollène or nearby Suze-la-Rousse (5 km), which also has all daily necessities.

Thanks to its central location, this property is an ideal base for exploring the Vaucluse, Drôme, and Ardèche. Visit famous wine villages such as Cairanne, Rasteau, and Gigondas, or the lively Vaison-la-Romaine (28 km). A trip to the top of Mont Ventoux from Malaucène is highly recommended. The historic cities of Orange and Avignon are also easily accessible.

In the Drôme, enjoy the purple lavender fields around Grignan and Dieulefit during the season, and the charming town of Nyons is particularly worth visiting on Thursday market day. In the Ardèche, a trip through the impressive Gorges of the river is a must; at Saint-Martin-d’Ardèche (23 km), you can rent canoes for an active day on the water.
