This holiday home is the ideal starting point for discovering this varied region of Provence. In the immediate surroundings you’ll find many lively villages such as Bédoin, Mazan, Malaucène, and Beaumes-de-Venise.

In Caromb, you’ll find all daily amenities, as well as a few pleasant restaurants and cafés. There’s also an excellent local wine cooperative where you can taste and buy regional wines.

There’s a Provençal market to visit almost every day nearby. The Monday market in Bédoin is famous, as is the one in Vaison-la-Romaine on Tuesday mornings. A little further away lies the charming L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a paradise for lovers of antiques and brocante.

The towns of Carpentras, Avignon, and Orange are easily accessible from the holiday home. From Caromb itself, there are several beautiful hiking routes, and cyclists will also find plenty of challenges here: from the nearby villages of Malaucène and Bédoin, experienced riders can start the legendary climb of Mont Ventoux.

Hikers will enjoy the Dentelles de Montmirail, with its magnificent trails and sweeping views. For a relaxing day by the water, there’s a lovely recreation lake with a beach at Mormoiron (approx. 10 km).
