Suitable for up to 10 guests, this characterful holiday home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The authentic farmhouse of approximately 200 m² is located in the charming town of Carpentras and effortlessly combines traditional Provençal atmosphere with contemporary comfort.

Inside, you will find a warm and inviting living room and a cosy dining area where everyone can gather. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. Thanks to the generous layout and multiple toilets, there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Outside, a beautiful garden of around 1,000 m² awaits, offering peace and relaxation. The private swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a pleasant outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The lively centre of Carpentras is just 700 metres away. Stroll to the famous weekly market, discover local delicacies or enjoy one of the many cosy restaurants and cafés. Supermarkets and other amenities are also close by.

Carpentras is an excellent base for exploring Provence. Visit vast lavender fields, cycle through picturesque villages or challenge yourself on the iconic Mont Ventoux. Wine lovers will enjoy the many vineyards in the area. A day trip to Avignon is also easy: the train station is about a 20-minute walk away and within 45 minutes you are in this historic city with the Palais des Papes and the famous bridge. By car, it is just as convenient.

Ideaal huis voor warme zomers/najaar. Huis koel en prima terras onder dak van bladeren dat beschutting geeft tegen de zon. Prima zwembad met zout water! Buitendouche en royaal zonneterras leuk t met BBQ. Op loopafstand van Carpentras, een ware luxe Keukeninventaris wat pannen en potten betreft ruim voldoende maar: Grotere theekoppen (kroezen) en eierdoppen zouden geen overbodige luxe zijn. Ook het glazenarsenaal redelijk beperkt. Wij hebben zelf longdrinkglazen gekocht en achtergelaten. Het hierboven genoemde zouden wat verbeterpunten kunnen zijn wat ons betreft. Verder niets dan lof. Komen zeker terug.
