Charming detached holiday home with a spacious garden and sunny terrace, ideally located just 3 km from the lively town of Carpentras. The house is situated on a peaceful wine estate, next to the owner's farmhouse. Tall greenery ensures complete privacy between the two properties. The house is accessed via a well-maintained, partly unpaved road of about 350 metres.

Carpentras offers everything you need: plenty of restaurants, cosy cafés, and a wide range of shops. The famous Provençal market on Friday morning is definitely worth a visit. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and cycling. The iconic Mont Ventoux, known from the Tour de France, attracts cyclists year-round. Recreational cyclists will also enjoy the quiet country roads winding through the beautiful Mediterranean landscape.

Families with children will find lots to do. Just 5 km away is Splashworld Provence, the largest themed water park in France. Also nearby is Spirou Provence (14 km), a fun amusement park ideal for a day out with the kids. In Mormoiron (10 km), there is a recreational lake for swimming, sunbathing or fishing.

There are also many cultural outings to enjoy. Visit the historic cities of Avignon and Orange, or explore the picturesque villages in the region such as Bédoin, Malaucène, Vaison-la-Romaine, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Sault.
