Spacious Family Villa with Private Pool and Large Garden near Mazan

Just 2 kilometres from the centre of the charming Mazan, this spacious holiday home accommodates 9 guests. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private swimming pool, it is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

The property (approx. 200 m²) is quietly located and generously laid out. The large pool features a removable cover, keeping the water pleasantly warm in spring and autumn. In the well-maintained, fully enclosed 1500 m² garden, children can play safely while adults relax in the sun or shade under the trees.

Inside, the house offers multiple comfortable sitting areas. In addition to the cozy lounge in the open space above the dining area, there is a second lounge (loggia) on the upper floor with views of the garden and pool.

The surroundings are beautiful and varied. Hikers and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy. Around Mazan, there are excellent cycling routes on relatively flat terrain. For more adventurous cyclists, the climb of Mont Ventoux is an unforgettable challenge.

By car, there are numerous day-trip options. Charming villages such as Bédoin, Caromb, Venasque, and Le Barroux are nearby. A visit to the picturesque L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antiques market, is highly recommended. The historic towns of Orange and Avignon are also easily accessible.

In Mazan itself you will find all daily amenities, such as a supermarket, bakery, cosy terraces, several restaurants, and even a tennis court. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful 18-hole course at Saumane-de-Vaucluse, about 20 km away.
