Spacious holiday home with 3 bedrooms on a vineyard near Bollène

Just 2 km from the town of Bollène, this spacious holiday home with 3 bedrooms is quietly located on an extensive 25-hectare vineyard estate. The house is in a completely independent wing of the estate; the owner lives in another part, but there is no direct view into the property.

In front of the house, there is a large private terrace with wide views over the vineyards. Under the large plane tree, you can always find a pleasant shady spot on warm summer days. In September, the grape harvest brings extra activity and a lively atmosphere.

The house is simple but neatly furnished, and within a few minutes you can reach Bollène, where you will find all amenities. The covered public swimming pool in Bollène is only 1 km away.

Thanks to its central location, you can explore the Vaucluse, the Drôme, and the Ardèche. In the Vaucluse, you will find charming wine villages such as Saint-Cécile-les-Vignes, Cairanne, and Rasteau, and the well-known Vaison-la-Romaine (35 km) is easily accessible. A trip to the top of Mont Ventoux from Malaucène is highly recommended. The historic towns of Orange and Avignon are also easy to visit.

In the Drôme, you can enjoy the purple lavender fields around Grignan and Dieulefit during the season. The charming town of Nyons is especially worth visiting on Thursdays for the market.

In the Ardèche, a trip through the impressive river gorges is a must. In Saint-Martin d’Ardèche (20 km), you can rent canoes, and near Clansayes (18 km), there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course.

we werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars .er stond koud water in de koeling en twee flessen wijn van eigen bodem . ook werden we nog getrakteerd op verse abrikozen en jam ,heel aardig ! we hebben het super naar ons zin gehad met z,n vieren .
