Fully detached, excellently restored Provencal farmhouse (200 m2) with fenced private pool (10 x 5), spacious terrace and fenced garden, barely 3 km from the charming town of Carpentras. The carefully furnished holiday house is in a wonderfully quiet location amidst fruit and vegetable fields, just outside the village of Loriol and about 30 m from the owner's house. In addition to the beautiful pool with pool house and sun loungers, you have access to a fixed barbecue on the terrace and outside the garden fence there is a children's play area with swings and a basketball goal. You can cycle and walk right from the holiday home and the central location of your holiday destination also makes it easy to reach the many top tourist attractions in this department; you can drive to Avignon, Orange or to the famous Mont Ventoux within half an hour. On foot or by car you can make wonderful trips in the Dentelles de Montmirail, which are surrounded by the picturesque wine villages of Séguret, Gigondas and Beaumes-de-Venise. To the south you can make trips to Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and to the characteristic villages of Gordes and Roussillon. In short, in the Vaucluse you will not easily get bored. In Loriol there are tennis courts and opportunities for horse riding; golf courses can be found at around 20 km, in Orange and Saumane. In the village (about 3 km) are some basic facilities (including a bakery), the large supermarkets and all other facilities are in Sarrians (4 km) and Carpentras (3 km).
