Spacious detached holiday home on the southern slope of Mont Ventoux for 6 people

This spacious, fully detached holiday home is set on a large private plot on the southern side of Mont Ventoux, surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees and forests. The house enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the hamlet Les Constants, just a few hundred metres from Sainte-Colombe. From the large front terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the landscape.

With 3 bedrooms and accommodation for 6 people, this house is ideal for families or a holiday with friends. Hikers will find it a true paradise, with the famous Grande Randonnée trails passing less than 100 metres away. Cyclists will discover the perfect starting point here for the legendary climb of Mont Ventoux.

The surrounding area offers countless possibilities for excursions. Historic cities such as Avignon, Orange and Vaison-la-Romaine can be reached within 30 to 45 minutes by car. The Dentelles de Montmirail, the Luberon mountains and the neighbouring Drôme department are also well worth a visit.

In the lively village of Bédoin (4.5 km) you can rent bicycles, swim in the municipal pool or play a game of tennis. At Mormoiron (6.5 km) there is a recreational lake for swimming and fishing. For food and drinks, Sainte-Colombe (500 m) offers a restaurant and a bar with a terrace. For all other amenities you can head to Bédoin and the town of Carpentras (20 km).

Please note: the house is accessed via an unpaved road of about 200 metres.

Een fijn, ruim huis met garage in een kersenboomgaard.op een mooie locatie. Ruim terras met een panoramisch uitzicht. Pluspunt: de ramen zijn voorzien van horren. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse., die ons vergastte op wijn en verse kersen..

heerlijk rustig vakantiehuis, koel in warme zomers. ruim terras. interieur wat gedateerd, maar wel alles aanwezig. Eigenaresse erg vriendelijk, vooral als je wat frans kan spreken. Borg en schoonmaakkosten werden niet gerekend omdat we het zelf schoon achterlieten en we waarschijnlijk omdat we als 2 nette bejaarden geen schade zouden aanrichten vlg. haar inschatting.

Heerlijk ruim en fris huis met een prachtige ligging aan de voet van de Mont Ventoux (je kunt zo naar boven lopen) en vanaf het mega grote terras fantastisch uitzicht over de toppen van de wijnstokken en olijf- en kersenbomen naar oost, zuid en west. Bij helder weer zie je zelfs de Dentelles de Montmirail. Bij zeer warm weer is het huis goed koel te houden door de luiken te sluiten en de ramen tegen elkaar open te zetten.Het huis ligt heerlijk rustig, keerzijde is dat je wel wat kilometers moet rijden voor een wat grotere supermarkt dan in Bédoin. We hebben een paar keer gezwommen in het Lac des Salettes in Mormoiron. Het huis is een mooie uitvalsplek voor dit stukje van de Provence, van Vaison la Romaine tot Abbaye de Senanque. Heel aardige en voorkomende gastvrouw.

Het huis staat op een prachtige plek. Vanaf het grote terras heb je een schitterend uitzicht. De privacy is geweldig. Dan maakt de binnenkant van het huis (voldoende) niet meer uit!

Wat afgelegen op de bergwand te midden van een schitterende kersenboomgaard. Heel veel privacy.

Hier zit je midden in de fruitboomgaarden, hartje Provence, met onwaarschijnlijk veel privacy. Alle winkels en restaurants vind je in Bedoin op enkele kilometers. De Mont Ventoux piek waakt over je hoog in de achtertuin, terwijl wielertoeristen hem proberen te beklimmen met wisselend succes. Je waant je hier de koning te rijk. Het huis is zeer ruim met een geweldig zonneterras. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn goed en snel bereikbaar.Piccobello!!!
