Cosy cabanon for 2 in the heart of Provence
Just 600 metres from the charming Provençal village of Caromb, this restored holiday cottage, a former cabanon of 25 m², offers a simple yet welcoming retreat for two people. The house is peacefully situated on a private, fenced plot of 2500 m² with olive trees.
In Caromb you’ll find everything you need: shops, restaurants, cafés, and even an excellent wine cellar where you can taste and buy local wines. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the diverse beauty of Provence.
Nearby are lively villages such as Bédoin, Mazan, Malaucène and Beaumes-de-Venise, each with their own Provençal charm. There’s always a local market to visit, the Monday market in Bédoin and the Tuesday market in Vaison-la-Romaine are especially popular. A bit further away lies the picturesque L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antique shops and brocantes.
The cities of Carpentras, Avignon and Orange are also within easy reach and well worth a visit.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the area offers endless possibilities: hiking in the Dentelles de Montmirail with their stunning views, or cycling up the legendary Mont Ventoux from Bédoin or Malaucène. Swimming is possible at the public pools in Beaumes-de-Venise (6 km) and Bédoin (8 km), or at the lake of Mormoiron (10 km) with its sandy beach and shady spots.
