This beautifully restored and charmingly furnished holiday home, a typical Provencal cabanon, is located just 2 km from the lively village of Mazan. From the property, you have a stunning, unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles, Montmirail, and the Plateau de Vaucluse. On the same property is the owner's house, located at a considerable distance, ensuring your privacy (no direct view into the house).
The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for a third person. The bathroom is simple but equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and shower. Outside, there is a shaded terrace with a dining table and two loungers, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in peace and tranquility.

The Perfect Base for Cycling Enthusiasts

There are excellent cycling opportunities directly from the house. For those who are up for the challenge, the legendary Mont Ventoux is a must. But recreational cyclists will also enjoy the many quiet country roads around Mazan. In the village of Mazan, you'll find all the necessary amenities: cozy terraces, restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and a post office. The lively city of Carpentras is only 9 km away, and the historic town of Avignon is 35 km away. In Mormoiron (7 km), there's a lovely recreational lake where you can swim and fish. You can easily rent bikes in Bédoin (8 km) or Carpentras. Tennis courts are available in Mazan itself (2 km), and for golf lovers, there is a course in Saumane (20 km).

For the athletic, experienced cyclist, Mont Ventoux is an iconic climb. This 'giant of Provence' towers high above the Mediterranean landscape and offers an unforgettable challenge. The climb, with its length, height of over 1900 meters, and the barren, moon-like landscape at the top, attracts thousands of cyclists every year.
