The well-appointed house is located halfway between the town of Bollène and the picturesque village of Rochegude, on the edge of the forest. From the garden and terrace, you can enjoy wide views over the surrounding vineyards, while the owner, a winegrower, lives in the neighboring house – well separated to ensure complete privacy.

The area offers excellent opportunities for cycling and hiking. Adventurous cyclists can even try to climb the famous Mont Ventoux. There are plenty of options for excursions: the historic towns of Orange (15 km) and Avignon (45 km) are easily accessible, and charming villages such as Grignan with its impressive castle, the hilltop La Garde Adhémar, and wine villages like Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes-de-Venise are well worth a visit.

During the lavender season (late June, early July), a trip towards Dieulefit is highly recommended, but even closer, around the town of Valréas, you can enjoy the purple fields. The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche begin after the village of Saint-Martin (25 km), where you can go canoeing and swim at several locations.

For daily shopping, Bollène (5 km) offers everything you need, and Rochegude has basic amenities. Sports enthusiasts can use the indoor swimming pool in Bollène or play golf at the beautiful 9-hole course in Clansayes (20 km). On request, the owner can provide an inflatable children’s pool.
