Holiday house in Callas with pool, in Provence-Côte d'Azur

Modernly furnished holiday home on the ground floor with large garden and small private swimming pool, 3 km from the Provencal village of Callas and only 8 km from the lively town of Draguignan. The owners (a retired couple) live on the first floor. However, they have their own terrace and no view of the swimming pool. Both houses are located apart from each other. A plus is the sauna with music installation and you can adjust the color of the light to your mood. In short, a nice holiday spot, very centrally located in Provence. In Callas you can do the basic shopping and in the village there are also a few cafés and restaurants. All other facilities can be found in nearby Draguignan. In addition to the large supermarkets, there are lots of nice shops in the lively city and there is a variety of cafés and good restaurants. In the area there are characteristic villages such as Bargemon, Fayence, Châteaudouble, Lorgues, Flayosc, Salernes and Tourtour. The famous abbey of le Thoronet is also worth a visit, as are the renowned canyons of the Gorges du Verdon. Closer by, between Callas and La Motte you will find the beautiful Gorges de Pennafort and the red mountains at the Colle du Rouet. A day of beach entertainment is also possible. The beaches of Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and Cannes are within easy reach.
