This comfortable and tastefully decorated villa with private pool is completely detached and set on a beautifully landscaped plot of 2000 m², just 2 km from the centre of the Provençal village of Lorgues and 13 km west of the lively town of Draguignan. The grounds feature natural terraces, known locally as restanques, which are typical of the region.
From the living room, you have direct access to a spacious terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. At pool level, there is a second, covered terrace where you can relax comfortably in the shade.
In Lorgues, you’ll find everything you need for your daily shopping, with several supermarkets and a pleasant centre filled with boutiques, excellent restaurants, and cafés with inviting terraces. Every Tuesday, a large Provençal market is held, offering a wide range of products, from clothing and local fabrics to herbs, wine, and delicious ready-made meals.
The surrounding area is perfect for day trips to picturesque villages such as Le Luc, Salernes, Tourtour, and Les Arcs. The famous Abbey of Le Thoronet is well worth a visit, as are the impressive Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte-Croix. The beaches of Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Saint-Tropez, and Cannes are also within easy reach. The cities of Toulon, Aix-en-Provence, and Nice are less than an hour’s drive away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the course at La Motte (27 km).
