Comfortable, detached holiday home with large private swimming pool, 4 km from Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. The location offers everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible for young and old. The luxury villa is situated on a large terrain of approximately 1 ha with many trees. There are five bedrooms in the holiday home itself, and in the very spacious pool house you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, apart from the summer kitchen (cooking facilities, fridge, dishwasher), the fitness room and the games room (with table football, pinball machine and billiards). On the terrace you can enjoy the jacuzzi (6 persons). There is comfortable garden furniture and at the edge of the pool is even a large, covered lounger. There is a pétanque court on site and a small multi-functional sports field has been laid out that can be used for sports such as volleyball, basketball, football and tennis. There is also a table tennis table, a trampoline ... In short, there is so much to do in and around the house that it will be difficult for you to leave the site. Yet that is certainly worth it. In Saint-Maximin with its impressive basilica you will find all amenities, many terraces and restaurants and on Wednesday there is a large Provencal market. For hikers, there are numerous marked routes in the Massif de la Sainte-Baume and in the Montagne de la Loube. You can visit both the varied hinterland and the beautiful coast with pleasant seaside resorts such as Cassis, Sanary and La Ciotat. A day trip to the city of Aix-en-Provence with the famous Cours Mirabeau should of course not be missed, as well as a visit to the bustling port city of Marseille. A day trip in a northerly direction to the impressive Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte-Croix is also possible. In the area there are also beautiful villages such as Barjols, Cotignac and Rians. At Nans-les-Pins is a golf course (13 km).
