Comfortable, detached holiday home with shared pool in Les Arcs-sur-Argens in Provence. The modern furnished holiday home is located on a domain in a quiet, wooded area, 3 km from the charming village of les Arcs. On the domain is also the owner's villa, a Belgian couple, with two chambres d'hôtes. The pool, the petanque court, the bar and the large outdoor area are available for common use. Due to the location of the holiday home next to the owner's villa you have some privacy. Every morning, guests receive a breakfast offered by the owner. In the village you will find all the facilities and beautiful terraces around the village square. The medieval, restored part of Les Arcs is located a little higher on the hill. Draguignan is also not far, the lively city with numerous squares and beautiful shopping streets is only 11 km away. Hikers will enjoy the beautiful nature reserve Les Maures with the Lac des Escarcets (no bathing water). You can make trips to the impressive abbey of Le Thoronet or to characteristic villages such as Flayosc, Lorgues, Salernes, Tourtour and Grimaud. The Gorges du Verdon are also easily accessible from your holiday home and definitely worth a visit. The beaches of the Mediterranean at Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Tropez are approximately 45 minutes away. Also a trip to the French Riviera, with Cannes, Nice and Monaco is possible.There is a golf course at La Motte at approx. 16 km.
