This fully detached villa with private swimming pool is located in a quiet residential area of the popular seaside resort Les Issambres and is perfect for larger groups. The villa accommodates up to 13 guests and features 6 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over three floors, offering plenty of space and privacy.
From the terrace and around the pool, you can enjoy lovely views of the surrounding hills and the residential area. From the balcony, you have views of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive Esterel mountains. The large private pool is filtered using salt electrolysis, providing a pleasant and skin-friendly swimming experience.
Several small beaches and picturesque coves are located just 900 metres from the villa, ideal for a peaceful swim in the sea. The larger sandy beach, Plage de la Gaillarde, is 2 km away. In Les Issambres and nearby Saint-Aygulf (3 km), you will find many charming restaurants, terraces and shops, allowing you to fully enjoy the Côte d’Azur lifestyle.
The area offers many opportunities for water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, diving and parasailing. Families will especially enjoy a visit to the Aqualand water park near Sainte-Maxime (15 km). Thanks to its central location between Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, the villa is an excellent base for exploring famous destinations such as Saint-Tropez and Cannes.
The hinterland is also well worth exploring, with charming Provençal villages such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc and Lorgues.
