Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this fully detached holiday home with a large private pool, located on the edge of the charming village of Aups in Provence. The house accommodates 6 people and has 3 comfortable bedrooms. Everything is on one level, and from the covered terrace you have a wonderful view of the village and the surrounding mountains. Part of the grounds is planted with a small, atmospheric olive grove that adds to the authentic Provençal feel.
The location is ideal: the lively centre of Aups is only 500 metres away. Here you’ll find charming shops, cafés, terraces and restaurants. You won’t really need the car, as everything is within easy walking distance. In the morning, stroll to the village for fresh croissants, a newspaper or simply to relax on a terrace.
The pool is on a slightly lower level of the grounds and is completely private, so you can enjoy it in peace. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, Aups hosts a large and vibrant Provençal market where you can discover local products.
There is plenty to explore in the area. Just a 15-minute drive (14 km) away lies the beautiful Lac de Sainte-Croix, and the impressive Gorges du Verdon (20 km) are also well worth a visit. Nearby you’ll find picturesque villages such as Régusse, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Cotignac and Sillans-la-Cascade. Tourtour, the famous “Village in the Sky”, is also not to be missed.
The hilly surroundings of Aups are perfect for hiking and cycling. A day trip to the Mediterranean beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël is easily doable (about 60 km).
