This fully detached villa, suitable for 7 people, is set on a peaceful 4,000 m² plot, just over 3 km from the center of the picturesque Provençal village of Lorgues and 13 km west of Draguignan. The villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Around the house, you can enjoy a large, shaded area and plenty of privacy by the mosaic-tiled pool.
The villa has a summer kitchen with fridge, mini oven, electric hob, and sink—perfect for outdoor dining. The terrace, part of the historic house which dates partly from the 18th century, offers a lovely spot to relax on warm days.
The lively village of Lorgues has a charming main street with shops, cozy cafés, and good restaurants. Every Tuesday, there is a large Provençal market. Several supermarkets are available for daily shopping.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find beautiful villages such as Le Luc, Le Thoronet, Salernes, Villecroze, Tourtour, and Les Arcs. The famous Le Thoronet Abbey and the impressive Gorges du Verdon are well worth a visit. About a half-hour drive away is the stunning Lac de Sainte-Croix. The beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Saint-Tropez, and Cannes are also easily accessible. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a course at La Motte, 30 km away.
