Just 1.5 km from the Mediterranean Sea, this detached villa (180 m²) with a well-maintained private swimming pool is located in a quiet, elevated residential area of the seaside resort of Saint-Aygulf. From the terrace, the pool, and the house, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the bay of Saint-Raphaël. The villa was designed by an architect in the style of Le Corbusier, featuring an original layout over several half-levels. Every room in the house benefits from a sea view, and the warmest areas are equipped with air conditioning.
The lively centre of Saint-Aygulf (1.5 km) offers numerous cafés, terraces, restaurants, and shops for your daily needs. Large supermarkets can be found just outside Fréjus (about 7 km). Along the coast, you’ll discover charming rocky coves, while sandy beaches such as La Gaillarde Beach are just 2.5 km from the villa.
Saint-Aygulf is ideally located between the famous resorts of Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus – the perfect base to explore the coast with destinations like Saint-Tropez, Hyères, and Cannes. The inland region is also worth visiting, with picturesque villages such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc, and Lorgues. The Massif des Maures is ideal for hiking and cycling. A golf course can be found in Roquebrune-sur-Argens (7 km).
Note: Due to the steep driveway and limited manoeuvring space near the house, the villa is less suitable for large or wide vehicles. Parking is possible at the bottom of the driveway (50 metres).
