Holiday house in Saint-Aygulf with pool, in Provence-Côte d'Azur

Just 1.5 km from the Mediterranean Sea you will find this fully detached holiday home (180 m2) with private swimming pool in a somewhat higher located, quiet area of the seaside resort of Saint-Aygulf. Both from the terrace, at the swimming pool and from the holiday house you have a magnificent view of the sea and part of the coastline. The villa is built under architecture in the style of Le Corbusier. The interior is characterized by several levels. You enter the dining room and kitchen, the living room is on a slightly higher level, one of the bedrooms (with bathroom and toilet) is half a floor below. Here is also an extra shower room and a separate toilet. Finally, the other two bedrooms are again half a level lower. In the center of the pleasant seaside resort (1.5 km) you will find plenty of terraces, cafés and restaurants and you can go there for all your groceries. The large supermarkets are just outside Fréjus at approx. 7 km. There are beautiful creeks with rocks by the sea, and sandy beaches (such as Plage de La Gaillarde) are 2.5 km from your holiday home. Saint-Aygulf is very centrally located between the famous seaside resorts of Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, an ideal place for exploring the coast with further cities such as Saint-Tropez, Hyères and Cannes. The hinterland is also worth a visit, with picturesque villages such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc and Lorgues. The Les Maures mountain range invites you to go on cycling and hiking trips. At Roquebrune-sur-Argens is a golf course (7 km). NB Due to the somewhat steep access and the limited maneuverability at the house, the location is less suitable for large, wide cars. Down at the access path (50 m) is also parking space.
