This fully detached and comfortable holiday home is suitable for 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is beautifully located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the picturesque Provençal village of Callas, 11 km northeast of Draguignan.
The house is modern and tastefully furnished, offering a high level of comfort. From the terrace you can enjoy stunning views over the valley and the surrounding hills. The holiday home is set on a large plot of land, which also includes the owner’s house, while maintaining privacy.
Basic groceries are available within walking distance (approximately 500 metres). In Callas itself you will find several cosy cafés and restaurants. For all other amenities, the nearby town of Draguignan offers large supermarkets, charming shops and a wide choice of cafés and excellent restaurants.
The surrounding area is home to many characterful villages such as Bargemon, Fayence, Châteaudouble, Lorgues, Flayosc, Salernes and Tourtour. The famous Abbey of Le Thoronet is well worth a visit, as are the impressive canyons of the Gorges du Verdon. Closer by, between Callas and La Motte, you will find the beautiful Gorges de Pennafort and the red rock formations of the Colle du Rouet.
A day at the seaside is also possible. The beaches of Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and Cannes are all easily accessible. An 18-hole golf course is located in La Motte, approximately 15 km away.
