Detached Holiday Home with Private Pool and Stunning Views in the Bandol Region
Fully detached holiday home with a spacious private pool and breathtaking views over the vineyards, rolling hills and the charming village of La Cadière-d'Azur. This partly stone-built house enjoys a very peaceful setting amidst several wine estates where you can taste the delicious wines of the Bandol region.
The holiday home is located west of the characteristic medieval village of Le Castellet, about 1.5 kilometres from the small village of Le Brulat-du-Castellet. The property is shared with the owner, who has her own entrance and does not use the pool. A fence provides privacy so she has no view of your part of the grounds.
Next to the garden is a piece of land with a donkey and a horse. For groceries, you can go to Le Beausset (4 km), where you will also find large supermarkets. The sea and beaches of Les Lecques (9 km) and Bandol (12 km) are easily accessible.
Bandol offers beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, lovely coves between the rocks and a lively promenade with numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. From Bandol, it’s fun to take a boat trip to the Île de Bendor. The picturesque seaside resorts of La Ciotat and Sanary are also well worth a visit.
You can enjoy wonderful walks by the sea at the Calanques of Cassis or in the mountains of La Sainte-Baume. City lovers will enjoy trips to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Toulon. There is also a golf course near Bandol, about 15 km away.
