This fully detached, tastefully furnished holiday villa offers stunning views of the sea, the town, the marina, and the surrounding mountains. The relatively quiet property is located on a small dead-end street, just over a kilometer from the lively Cavalaire-sur-Mer and its sandy beach. Thanks to its location and Mediterranean garden, the villa offers plenty of privacy. Pets are allowed, and internet (WiFi) is available.

For families with children, the intermediate floor, which houses the living room, kitchen, and terrace, can be closed off to prevent any accidents near the slope or stairs. Beautiful small coves can be reached on foot at about 800 meters, but the return walk can be challenging due to the villa’s hillside location.

The villa’s layout is as follows: the ground floor features two bedrooms at the front, a landing with a single bed, and a bathroom, with access to the garden. The first floor is the main living area with the living room, kitchen, and a spacious terrace with stunning views. On the second floor, you will find the third bedroom and a second bathroom. From the rear of the property, the living area can be reached via a staircase. The villa is therefore less suitable for people with mobility issues.

The villa accommodates seven guests, has four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

In the center of Cavalaire, you will find numerous shops, restaurants, cafés, and terraces, and there is a casino. Beautiful coastal trips can be made to Saint-Tropez, Hyères, Saint-Raphaël, or glamorous Côte d’Azur destinations such as Cannes, Nice, Menton, and Monte-Carlo. Cavalaire is located on the foothills of the Les Maures mountain range, ideal for hiking and cycling. The hinterland is charming and authentic, with villages such as Cogolin, La Garde-Freinet, Collobrières, and Grimaud. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy courses at Sainte-Maxime (18 km) and Saint-Tropez (18 km).
