Fully detached natural stone holiday house with a large olive grove of 1.5 hectares at about 4 km from the beautifully situated medieval village of Mons. The beautifully restored holiday house from 1857 is situated in a beautiful wooded area. The large grounds with dozens of olive trees have been laid out in terraces (called restanques in Provence). You have plenty of space here and it is very quiet. At the picturesque village of Mons itself you have a wonderful panoramic view over the hills and forests that extends to the sea. You will find several shops, cafés and restaurants there and at Fayence and Montauroux (approx. 17 km) there are supermarkets. In the vicinity you will find a beautiful reservoir, the Lac de St Cassien. The Mediterranean Sea is not far from here, for example at Saint-Raphaël, and a visit to the Gorges du Verdon and Castellane is certainly worthwhile. Sporty cycling enthusiasts and hikers can indulge in this environment, a beautiful walking tour (not for debutants) leads you from Mons to St Cézaire via the Gorges de Siagne. Mons is located north of the beautiful valley between the beautiful cities of Grasse and Draguignan. Fayence, Seillans, Callian, Mons, Tourettes, St Cézaire-sur-Siagne and Montauroux are beautiful Provençal villages, nestled like eagle nests against the mountains. You will find here the calmness and beauty of the Provence, directly in the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur. In these villages you can wander through the winding streets and alleys, while the typical Provençal scent of thyme, lavender and rosemary meets you.
