This charming small holiday cottage, a ‘cabanon’, is suitable for 2 people and is located on a 7-hectare estate planted with olive trees, in an exceptionally quiet spot. The large grounds and the swimming pool are shared with the owners, a young family who live about 30 meters from the cabanon.

Here, you can experience the dream of many: a place of almost complete tranquility, with a beautiful view over the olive grove and valley, and relaxing by the pool – a true paradise for those seeking peace. From the cottage, you can step straight into nature and enjoy scenic walks.

The house is about 2.5 km from the lively village of Belgentier, accessible via a narrow road, with the last 500 meters being a reasonably good gravel path. Belgentier is located north of Toulon, in a forested valley between Solliès-Pont and Méounes.

The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, such as in the rugged Massif de la Sainte Baume or on the Plateau de Siou Blanc. For excursions, you can visit the sea at Le Pradet (approx. 25 km), or nearby towns like Hyères, Cassis, La Ciotat, and Toulon. The islands off the coast near Hyères, especially Porquerolles, are a must. The hinterland, with picturesque villages such as Signes, Cuers, Néoules, Brignoles, and Pierrefeu, is also worth exploring, as well as the beautiful cities of Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. The French Riviera, including Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and Monte Carlo, is easily reachable via the highway.
