Fully detached and very peacefully located holiday home with a magnificent private pool and panoramic views over the valley of Mont Coudon. From the grounds, the pool, and the balcony, you can enjoy sweeping vistas all the way to the Mediterranean Sea and the islands off the coast of Hyères.
The house is built on a hillside on a spacious plot in a quiet residential area, about 3 kilometers from the charming Provençal village of Solliès-Ville. The home is spread over several levels: the living room and kitchen are on the same level as the pool, one bedroom is on a lower level, and two bedrooms are on an upper level. All three bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The interior is classic and comfortable.
Solliès-Ville is located in the hills northeast of the lively port city of Toulon. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hikers and nature lovers. The Massif des Maures and the Montagne de la Sainte Baume are well-known hiking areas with well-marked trails. One recommended route is the hike from Solliès-Toucas via the Plateau de Siou-Blanc to the village of Signes.
The Mediterranean coast, with seaside towns like Le Pradet and Hyères, is about a half-hour drive away. Popular beach destinations such as Bandol, Sanary, Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, and Saint-Tropez are also easily accessible. In the hinterland, picturesque villages such as Collobrières, Pierrefeu, Cuers, Forcalqueiret, and Belgentier are well worth a visit.
Nature lovers shouldn't miss the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros. These unspoiled gems, accessible by boat from Hyères, are perfect for a day of hiking, cycling, or snorkeling in crystal-clear waters.
Please note: due to the layout of the pool area, this house is less suitable for families with young children who cannot yet swim.
