This fully detached, tastefully furnished villa accommodates 10 people and has 4 bedrooms. The house is just 500 meters from the sea and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean and part of the beautiful coastline from the terrace, the pool area, and especially from the upper floor.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Les Issambres, near the border with Saint-Aygulf. Within walking distance, you will find a small rocky cove (approx. 300 m), a small beach at 400 m, and the larger La Plage de la Gaillarde at around 600 m.
Les Issambres is situated halfway between the well-known resorts of Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, making coastal excursions easy. You can travel towards Saint-Tropez and Hyères or head in the other direction to Saint-Raphaël and Cannes.
The villa is at the foot of the beautiful Les Maures mountain range, ideal for hiking and cycling. The hinterland is particularly charming, with picturesque villages such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Arcs, Flayosc, Lorgues, and the town of Draguignan.
The famous cities of the Côte d’Azur, such as Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Menton, and Monte-Carlo, are also easily accessible. Golf enthusiasts can play at the Roquebrune golf course, just 10 km away.
